My mother received appalling horrible care at this facility. She was disoriented half the time because of an inbalance of her electrolytes, and the inattentive staff did not pick up on this. She was sent with a sugar level of 60 out into a snow storm to get dialysis --- no regard for her health or safety here. She was sent by ambulance to a doc appointment with a sheet filled out about her condition that bore no relation to her condition at all. Here, too, she got an infection in her knee, as she was post-surgery, and it was not treated properly. In addition, she was supplied no shower or way to get clean. This is an inept facility, and I am sorry we went there.
