Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say.

It seems that the nurses and CNAs are scared to speak because the director of nursing does not allow them to speak to the resident's family. Their is retaliation from the Director if they do. I have seen CNA's get scared when you ask them a question, they are afraid to lose their job.
