Elderly patients are being abused and neglected everyday in this institution. Don't leave your love ones in this nursing home please . Is horrible what they have to endure in that place. There are a very few good CNA's that do a good job and care for the patients, but the majority of them treat the poor patients like they were animals.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
