They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. also when your insurence runs out and you become self pay things change.i know a woman who thought she had over 100,ooo.00 to take care of her bills ,but little did she know that her SON(terry BAird) the p.o.a. had spent ALL of her money.
