This facility has been the best in the area, thus far. Most of the staff are great people. They perform very well and take their responsibility seriously. It is true about their high fall rate in the reviews and stats concerning this facility. Most of the nurses are so immune to the fall alerts, that they barely respond to them - until it is too late. They do keep under-staffed shifts, which put a burden on other staff members and may cause your loved ones to be neglected from time to time. They have a wonderful variety of food for breakfast and lunch. I would re-visit this facility, again. Like most places, you have to love your loved ones enough to continually check on them and make sure that they are getting the proper care. They have wonderful therapist! They seem to care and work to do their best for each individual. They have flaws, like most places - but on the most part - it was a good experience!!!!
