At first, we were very pleased with the home. Then about one week into moms stay, a very rude tech told our mother to turn off he calming down music which was the sound of birds singing from the cable channel Soundscapes which is a relaxing channel on optimum.

Mom cried for someone to remove her from a bed pan for about an hour and found out that the Tech turned off her HELP BUTTON!! in the middle of the night. During the day when family are unsuspectingly popping up everything is good, but at night, when your family leaves, BEWARE. Mom was so nervous that she wanted us to install spy cameras to prove that the tech was harassing her at night. Lets just say when i heard that i had to hold back from cursing them out.

We complained to the supervisor who was very nice but then sided with the rude tech that was so mean so be wary!
