This money making enterprise does not discriminate when filling billable beds. You will find there a variety of residents that couldn't get in anywhere else, so screaming fits and other disruptions can and do commonly fill the atmosphere at night. These poor lost souls are often sleeping during the day which wasn't planned, but does work out conveniently for the recruitment staff. The food is terrible and the nursing staff is completely inadequate. The staff does what they can with the available resources. This facility is staffed according to the Oregon state requirements, I'll give it that. Who do you suppose wrote the statutes?

This place is a filthy hole. My wound was never attended to resulting in a horrid infection and 2 more surgeries on the wound. The room I was in was mopped with mop water that looked like it had never been changed. The food was inedible and the hired hands rude--begging for money, stealing my fruit. I would not let my worst enemy be incarcerated in this den of ineptness.

This is a nice maintained place and I felt comfortable having the staff take care of my mother. We meet the Director of Nursing and she seemed to be concerned about our transition, she even got my mother a small salad to hold her over.

We we're orientated to all the necessary personnel and meet =the administrator, we we're given his care and let us know should we ever have any issue to call him directly.

Overall the care and compassion of the staff is excellent. If there was ever a problem, I would bring to administration and care was adjusted accordingly. Really that's all that you can ask and they took care of everything immediately.

I would be happy to recommend this Care Center to anyone.

Yes, I felt like an annoyance!

No, multiple people had to stand

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. It was really loud in their office and it made the experience that much more stressful. They need to move to a quieter location. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern.
