Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
