The reviews here make it sound like this is a doctor's office. It's not. It is a nursing home--a very loud, understaffed nursing home.

The noise is so bad sometimes that you cannot carry on a conversation unless you shut the door to the room. Doctor only visits sporadically and seems affronted if you want to stop him for a moment and ask questions. There aren't enough nurses to take care of everyone the way they should. They seem to always be advertising for help.

The only positive thing I can say is that the young aides and helpers are very good and respectful of the patients. They are the only ones here who seem to give a d**n about the people there.

No. I didn't trust their motives.

Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere

No, there weren't many to choose from

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
