As soon as you walk in a strong foul odor of urine and fecies is overwhelming. Patients are wondering in and out of rooms omitting privacy to other residents. lots of falls. Slow response time to call lights or just overall ignored by nursing staff. Poor work ethics from staff and very unprofessional attitudes.
