Please please stop electric taping AC repairs with break down one hour after a repair that was 12 hours late. It was 92 degrees and 92yr old paying residents don't deserve such. Please work into new management that pay for new system. Mom don't pay $140000 month til completely working correctly

When I got home from the rehab center my strength was incredible and there trainer's are the reason I have been doing so well now. They are so professional and dedicated I always looked forward to my training sessions. The one thing that could be improved is the night staff should be increased because a lot of times I was in pain an the nurse was so busy that many times my medication was really late and I would be in incredible pain. Every one was so thoughtful as even the cleaning lady would ask me if she could do anything for me before she would leave for the next room. The food was outstanding and the chef's would go out of their way to make your every meal a great dining experience. It was like ordering food in a great restaurant. My room was huge and what a bathroom. I was having trouble sleeping so the gal that ran the place ordered me a new air mattress and I sleep like a baby. If I have to go through rehab again three Rivers is the only place I would go to. It was the best experience I ever had while I was in a hospital- rehab facility. No staff ever left my room without asking me if I needed anything. I wish to thank everyone who went out of their way to take care of me while I was having to learn how to walk safely and how to be smart at all times. If I had to rate the place out of 1-10 I would have to give you a 20. If you're place was full I would wait until you got room for me that's how great your facility is.

Since my husband illness in 2006, I have seen a lot of nursing homes, and I have never liked any of them, I think they pack disabled and elderly patients in nursing home just for the money and no one cares how they are run, or about patient care. However, when I placed my husband at three rivers, I was not scare regarding his health once I left the nursing home. This nursing home was clean and the staff seem to care about the well being of the patient.
They address issues has they arose, they list to family members, and they involved family members in patient care. Now, I am faced with putting my husband in a nursing home, because he is on a vent full-time. Three Rivers has spoiled us and we do not want any other nursing home but this one, therefore, I have place him somewhere until three rivers has an opening (I hope soon!!)
