Unfortunately, my experience with this Nursing Home facility was very negative. My wife who has advanced Dementia stayed here for 5 days and was injured (face, hand, forehead) when the bed she was in collapsed. Four staff members told me different stories ( i.e., lies,) regarding this incident and essentially tried to cover up or deny their responsibilities regarding this issue. Additionally, her clothes, body, and the room she was in(room 211) smelled of urine when I picked her up(an obvious reflection that the staff failed to clean or bathe her properly). The admissions clerk also recorded the incorrect phone # in her computer.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
