Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves.my mom was put there for rehabilitation and they actually made her worse. There doc there only comes once a week if that and shouldn't even have a medical license. They tried their best keeping our mom there when we knew she needed medical attention. But their doc that had never even visited our mom once while she was there said she didn't need to go to hospital.what kind of doctor gives that opinion never even meeting their patient can say that. Well she's in hospital now they admitted her and now she's in ICU step down because of this place. So please don't put someone there if u care n e thing about them cause the Wexford is the most negligent place there is. They don't check on the patient like they should or seem to care. This place needs all new management and people that actually care.
