I was told this facility was the Best in Ventura. I was VERY disappointed as was my Father who had to go somewhere for rehab. He was in there for 10 days. After meals he would sit for a VERY long time even though he was weak because the kitchen staff would have to eat and clean kitchen before someone was available to take him to his room. When I or any family member EVEN out of state would call there would either be NO answer OR they would keep saying call back later. I almost always had to call at least 3 or 4 times before being able to speak to my dad. Caseworkers never returned calls and were always unavailable. My father was very unhappy there.

They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
