very satisfied with care given. the staff is always friendly and courteous and professional. my sister has been there over 1 tear and the only complaint has been getting her clothes back from the laundry in a timely time, this only happened a couple of times.

this place is a complete disaster!They let the call lights stay on while they stand in the hall talking to their co=workers instead of assisting their "Customers" as they call them.Never can get medication administered when needed, it once took talking to 3 lpns because they had the its not my job attitude.Its sad .When first read the comments I thought it was going to be nice.Instead more shocked than anything.it must be the staff putting them up When i first when to look around i was told you also get a complimentary free hair cut. That never happened. I asked someone who worked their about it and they said that was a joke.
However, they do have a few good nurses that actually seem to care about the patients .
and they may not get thier breakfast until 10am this happen quite frequently.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
