The staff at this facility is horrible. My dad was here and was treated badly, constantly his laundry was coming up missing down to his shoes, even though I wrote his name inside each garmet. They also took a black sharpie wrote his name across his white tennis shoes as big as day, right after I had purchased them. The place is filithy the staff is horrible. REPORTING TO THE BOARD OF NURSING HOMES

The second day that my mother was there my whole family went there to visit her and all of the nurses on the first floor and on the second floor including the head nurse kept telling us that my mother was not there in their facility and my brother had visited her the previous day. When we finally found my mother, she was sitting in the dinning area in feces and no one had changed her. I believe the nurses that work in this facility are incompentent and should be fired; all of them and the nurses should go through more training than what is currently required; I am reporting them to the Board of Nursing Homes.

It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts.
