This facility is NOT what they claim to be........Patients are handled in a rough manner...they put on a good FRONT when family is around, but after hours they are not "senior friendly"...even WATER is DENIED/Depends are not changed/patients are not washed/cleaned. But they are AFRAID to compalin for fear of being treated WORST. This facilty gets far more CREDIT THAN THEY ARE WORTHTY OF...it is so sad that THIS IS THE BEST ORANGEBURG has to offer, when it IS CLEAR THEY MISTREAT THE OLD/ELDERLY/DEFENSELESS IN A WAY THAT SHOULD BE CRIMINAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their staff is very friendly and professional. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything
