In the past two years the facility was ran smoothly but in recent months it seems to be in chaos. My mother in law is a 90 year old resident in early stages of dementia. She has witnessed a fist fight in the cafeteria between two nurses, loud arguments in the hallways between staff members and even being spoken to in a disrespectful and threatening manner. I have stressed my concerns to the administrative staff but to no avail.

i have found out you dont get good caring nurses at this home most of them dont really care about patients just the pay check and cna are about as bad as you can get have no respect for patients and the families

My dad stayed there approximately 6 weeks. The facility smelled, his bathroom smelled horrible and the commode was always filthy! the staff did not listen to me when I said my dad was not doing well and they just said it was dementia. I was there daily! He had a blood clot on his brain. The PT/OT staff was nice. Overall I wouldn't recommend.

Well i really didn't give Guest House a chance once i seen Shonda L. Harris working there. I just got back in the vehicle and left cause I personally seen this person using drugs(marijuana), verbally abusing her kids, and etc. Thats not a person i would like to take care of my grandmother or anyone at all. She is just really bad for your business.
