Clayberg made sure every question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of more questions. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are warm yet professional, making our family's experience that much better. I was impressed with the progress our family made after visiting them. My questions were answered, and I feel confident and more hopeful about the future.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I knew my loved one would be in good hands and well taken care of.
The staff is the best part of this facility! Everyone is caring, loving, patient and thoughtful. I would not hesitate recommending them to take care of a loved one. It is so clean that it doesn't even smell like a typical nursing home.
Everyone goes above and beyond and are truely committed to their patients!
They plan activities and encourage participation.

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
