They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.

The equipment at this nursing home was current and safe and I knew that my loved one would be receiving the highest quality of care. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
