Yes, the previous review is right on with parking and ease of access to the facility. Everything else ....not so good. Most of the staff is rude and not helpful.

They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
