I observed a patient being treated like a child and verbally reprimanded in the front lobby. I have observed several instances where the administrator was demeaning to her staff and visitors in the lobby/nurse station area. I have also observed her giving medication orders to nursing staff (I do not believe she is a physician) and heard her tell a nurse "that daughter will do what I want her to do". My family member will not be residing in this facility for much longer if I have any say in the situation. This womans staff seem fearful of her and this is not an environment I believe anyone should have to endure.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
