This facility is the worst nursing home I have ever been in. Our loved one had lived there for over 15 years and he and past staff told us of how mean the staff was to him. He fell and broke his hip and laid on the floor for hours. He finally pulled himself to the bathroom and pulled the call light It took them a very long time to come to his room. He went to the hospital and then came back with Hospice care. Sunset administrator and Director of Nursing made our family lives hell. We had to stay 24/7 as we did not trust them to do any of his care. This place is awful. Please never leave your family at this hell hole.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
