no stars at all for ratings. I would say 90% of the nurses and aids are rude they curse under their breath lazy no compassion at all I hope someone reads this and does something apperantly no one cares!

I This nursing home needs to be investigated. They are negligent and rude to the patients. They try to intimidate the patients.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
