I think this is a nice and clean place and the nurses and aid were very friendly and helpful. They seem truly concerned about the patient and I am glad they are in charge of taking care of my family member.

Their phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Kind of, but not very much
