When I visited the facility, I was so disappointed , it smelled awful. As soon as you hit the front door the smell of urine and a lack of disinfectant was so overwhelming it made my eyes sting, the staff was worst then that. I've never seen anyone working in the "Healthcare" field so rude and could careless abt the patients, I wanted to ask a question about my parent there and I stood at the cart where the nurse was standing, she completely ignored me for 7 mins. I timed it because I thought " you've got to be effing kidding me. I couldn't believe it. Then, when my parent needed something and I needed to go get help , it was obvious she didn't t want to take the time out to help.The staff act as though you are bothering them. And, that bothered me. It's actually downright scary. It poses the question, what do they do when family/visitors are not around? Based on this along, I'm said to say, but there has to be an astronomical amount go negligence . I pray to God not, but... None the less, I do feel they need to have some compassion and have additional training. Including the guys that world there. Hopefully, some of these things can be rectified with additional training .If not, they are all in the wrong field!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
