Currently an inmate, I mean resident-this is my 3rd rehab facility in 10 months and ABSOLUTELY the WORST! If your lucky enough you may get some type of response to pushing the button for assistance or just be ignored. As for the food, it is served STONE COLD also the WORST I have ever experienced and I am a chef part time-you can take bad food and doll it up to at least be edible and healthy, not seeing any healthy going on here. Needless to say I can not WAIT till my sentence I mean stay is OVER!!

spa creek has a good idea but lacks followup on their "promises".Do you want a sandwich on rye as they say they have white,wheat,rye,rolls,etc.forget it ..asked FOUR times for tuna on rye and NEVER got rye bread...Movies on channel 6 DO NOT EXIST AS EVEN A T GUY CAME IN AND COULD NOT GET THE FICTIOUS CHANNEL 6!!!I asked for their Cheese and crackers snack and got peanut butter and saltines...Spa Creek in Annapolis promises stuff BUT does not follow up on their own promises.Bad for morale;suggest you try Cypress Cree rehab.Spa Creek is great on care BUT the ancilary stuff is not up to their health care. Bring your own orange juice and coffee as theirs is terrible.

This is not a good facility. Got a bad vibe during a tour and it was proven true when I checked in a relative after knee surgery. She was in so much pain (less than half recommended by her doctor) that she called 911 to go back to hospital. She got no satisfaction in trying to talk to the nursing staff who did not speak enough English and didn't seem to want to understand. Not a good experience. Don't take your relative to this facility.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
