This is the worst place I have ever seen. There are cockroaches everywhere, the food is inedible, the staff is rude for the most part, they have patients in there that belong on mental wards or in Alzheimer care hospitals. My sister never gets back all her clothes from the laundry so she has to do them herself, money has been stolen and if for any reason you have to go to the hospital you end up in east LA and she said that was a real crap hole too.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The People Here made A Large difference in the Quality of my brother-n-laws life
