They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. I hated that their phone kept ringing during my appointment. I wish they had silenced their cell phone because it was really annoying.
