They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make my mom feel comfortable or welcome. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and my mom was worse when she left. They constantly yelled at her and would slam her door closed and leave it that way for hours.
They took over an hour to answer a nurse page on the intercom and then were rude and disrespectful when they finally did.
My mom fell in the bathroom and the lady across the hall had to call for help because the cord was not long enough to reach from the floor.
This place is a death trap and should be closed down for good.
Someone please explain how these people choose to be "care givers" and then treat people like diseased animals!
I would not even send my enemy there. Someone needs to spread the word that south park nursing home is one law suit away from having their doors closed for good.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. My mother almost died when in this nursing home, they did not monitor her medical needs, she was going into septic shock they moved her call button and television and cell phone out of reach if I had not been there daily she would have laid in bed unattended to , I had ti request they bathe her, had to request medicine because of leg swelling, had to bring her gatorade at 4:--am because she is a diabectic and her blood sugar dropped and they overnight nurse said all he had was water. would not recommend this home to care for an animal let alone a loved one. turned into DHS and all accusations were substainiated after a 3 day investigation.
