One of the worst I have ever seen or smelled. In my opinion No one deserves to be at this Hellhole.

To much of a had podge of ppl , my uncle is a Vietnam Vet an hasn't had a shower since he has been there. He is bipolar an has had brain surgery so he is stubborn but that doesnt mean he has to smell like pee I am very disappointed in what I saw while I was there!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I enjoyed the staff at SCNH. They were helpful and accommodating to my needs and the needs of my dad. I highly recommend this facility. Owner is an intelligent woman that works extremely hard for her residents.

Yes, they answered my call right away

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
No, they didn't wear any cologne

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The woman in business office that answers this line: (636) 296-5141 is horrid. Not helpful and extremely rude. When asked to provide a name, she got nasty and refused. If this is your business office and she is to 'represent' your facility, then I feel mortified for you all that work there. I have shred my thoughts with others in the area and the survey has been shared as well. Your staff needs an education on couth and decorum. The woman that answered you phone may not have an education high enough to understand those words. If she doesn't, may I suggest using Google or use a dictionary.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
