Not at all! They were boring and outdated

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

No, multiple people had to stand

No. I still haven't talked to them.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They were always very considerate and professional.

Definitely! I was shocked and horrified!

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything
