They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

It's been twelve years since one of the staff drove off with my mother's brand new electric wheelchair. The wheelchair was never found and their idea of a settlement was $100. My brothers and I would've taken them to court if it weren't for other mishaps in our lives.
But needless to say, we've never forgotten.
