I would not recommend this facility. Diet needs are not observed. Gluten free meals (for those prescribed as having no gluten in their daily meals) is not observed. Diabetic nutrition needs are also not observed. Food is 'one size fits all; for the general patient population which does not aid in health and rehabilitation progress Rooms are infested with flies, ants and other insects without proper maintenance and efforts to prevent and remove the pest issues. Patients must request their beds be changed, or trash removed on a daily basis. The State of MO should inspect this facility for hygienic and patient health maintenance. If you are looking for a place to put your loved one, please reconsider,

If you love the person you are taking to this faculty, find another place the staff is there for a paycheck only and maybe caring in your face but when you leave it is not a great place for a love one. My advice to you is their is no place perfect but this is not the place you want yours or someone's parent or grandparent or even great grandparent (your loved one) to spend the rest of their life here. They don't take them out but they do take your money faithfully.
