I live out of state and I have been trying to reach my mother , I have tried at different times of the day and night with no success. I am very upset about this, What kind of facility are you running? No one answers phones except the answering service and she couldn't even get an answer at the desk.

My mother Betty Dolan was in this facility for a little over 8 months ,I would not allow these people to car for my dog! Always nice to your face, we told them for 6 weeks my Mothers urine was extremely strong , (you could smell it in the hallway!) Finally I demanded they do something cuz my Mom was pulling her knees to her chest and wincing in pain (she had dementia and was non verbal) she went to St. Joes was diagnosed with sepsis from u diagnosed UTI !! Worst of all My Mom was on their journeys program!!!! A BIG JOKE !! Supposed to be equivalent to Hospice , Not even close !! Found out out after my mothers death they took her off her Aricept (For dementia) removing her from this drug after long term use could cause sharp decline in mental and physical well being!!!! They said my sister and I ok'd this !!!! WHY would we do this??? We believe this is one of the main causes of her death! I could go on and on and on . All of these reviews are anonymous that seems a little fishy to me mine will probably never make the page but I tried ! sure contact me please I welcome it!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Yes, they went above and beyond

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
