TERRIBLE!! If you love your family member, you will not admit them here. This is NOT a rehabilitation center. This is a place where the patients sit and waste away in a bed.

Patients are being neglected by staff. I have witnessed and documented several occasions where my relative and other patients have not been cared for. They were not changed or washed for days; soiled linen was not changed; the hallway reeked of urine and feces; patients were blatantly ignored. The facility is understaffed and lacks quality, caring health care providers.
Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better.

My Mom has been at this facility for several years. All of the staff are patient with her, love her and give her extra care and attention! The nursing staff are very patient with her. Administration is always there and attentive to resident's needs! They know the resident's and take extra time answering our questions. We love everyone there! We would have my Mom no where else! Thank you Savannah Rehab!

Without a doubt the worst nursing home in all of Savannah. My uncle was a patient here for physical rehab after he was released from the hospital. I was horrified at the care he and other patients received during the time he was there. The condition of the building is horrible - as soon as you walk in the door, there is a strong smell of urine and feces. The nurses I saw seemed to be very stressed and very overwhelmed. The nurse's assistants were unfriendly and obviously did not care about the patients. The administrator of this nursing home, Tammie Martin, is the most unprofessional, crude, and vile person I think I have ever met. I have never in my life seen a manager that conducted themselves the way she did. I witnessed her speaking to an elderly patient and his family in the most hostile and rude manner you could imagine The quality of any staff begins at the TOP. My uncle was very scared and afraid while he was a patient there. I wanted to complain on several occasions but he begged me not to out of fear of retaliation. What a shame. Please,do not let your loved one go to this place, you will regret it.

Great difficulty getting information about patient. Could not contact Dr. when they said her would be there. Live long distance from facility, sent e-mail about concerns I considered private which were shown to another relative and I was called by Director who was told horrible things which she confronted me with in very angry tone. After asking relative who was pt. was give right to get very little information. Nursing staff and Soc. serv. dir. very nice and helpful. I have not been there so check it out if you can.

I would just like to alert anyone who is considering using this facility for their loved one that this particular Center is on a "Worst Nursing Homes Of All" list of nationwide nursing homes. Please do an extensive background check on this facility before considering it.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
