I feel EXTREMELY unconfortable enetering that facility because none of the CNA's or nurses talk in English. When I do have a question they speak among themselves (not in English) and then finally answer me.

This hospital should conduct itself in a professional manner and speak English, I can only imagine how the patients must feel.
Many of the patients must have Dementia or Alzheimer's and have no idea where they are at or what's going on and are scared because they are not home or among their loved ones. And on top of that every nurse is talking in Tagalog.

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
