I had a friend that was in this center about a couple weeks ago,and I will make this very straightforward he almost die from a severe case of infection. Please if you care anything about your love ones do not send them here.

First off I believe in not spreading bad things about people or companies. However, this place takes the case. First of they are prejudice of heavy people. My mom went in here for rehabilitation and yet to receive it but one time. She has been in here for one week. They have verbal miss- treated her because of her weight and I have witness it myself. My other sister went down to speak to the director, a joke. I was going to take her out because I am worried about her well being. However, she really needs help. It is a shame that these places are allow to do what ever they want. Please if you have any other place to take your love one , I advice you to do so. I pray for these people because each and everyone of them will have to answer to God one day.

Not impressed with the facility; carries a strong odor of urine in the hallway. My mom's ID and money was taken from her on the second night at Rehabilitation Center. There appear to be a lack of food for the patients. I sandwich for dinner...and patients are not fed until 8:00pm or later. The nurse ignore you; it appears like the patients are a bother to them.

my sister was transfer to Saint Thomas today . from what the Nurse told me she was uncomfortable at first ... nurse Johnson did ask all my questions and also listen to what I had to say .... thanks for that ! my sister is use to living at home so for many this is a hard move . Family please visit your love ones when ever you can .... at this time of their life they really need you to show you care !

Nice front end but remember all that glitters is not gold.

The front end staff was very nice, but the care givers were less than desirable. Most were hard to understand and acted as if they did not understand me and did not appear to have and understanding of their jobs. To get any straight answers you had to go to front end staff only to find their paperwork was erroneous.

I.e. She ate most of her meals. If I came in after lunch was served her breakfast and lunch trays were sitting there untouched.

Most patients should be escorted to the bathroom. Never happened.

Meds delivered late or not all. Had to go to the desk and remind them, then go back again and again.

Ring the bell for assistance, you wait and wait and you had to go out and find someone.

This place has terrible service. My mom went there after an operation and they have little to NO EXPERIENCE with physical therapy. If you have someone who is looking for a professional staff that cares, is ATTENTIVE, and experienced with giving physical therapy, this is not your place. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. You're basically better off at home because, literally, if you don't look for them and for their help, they won't look for you or ask if you need anything. Plus, they forgot to give my mom her pain medication on time. To sum it up: Friendly enough staff, minimal help, terrible service.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

No, they didn't even attempt to explain
Does this provider always put the customer first?
No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
