I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
