Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They are also very attentive to resident's skin, put lotion on the residents daily and make sure the residents do not get bed sores.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Superb. Very caring and competent. Dad was welcomed, comfortable and happy from the moment he arrived in 2005. Unlike other facilities, staff had very low turnover and put their hearts into their work. Clean, good food, varied activities. A plus all the way. Hated having to move dad out of his home, but St. Joe's proved to be the absolute right place for him to live out his final years.
