I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

My mother had a broach on her sweater, it was not worth much but the attendent stole it. If you have someone there, DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES as they seem to steal everything!!!!

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

No, but I can always find a seat

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
