Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Never, they are very reliable.

My mom with Alzheimer's was horribly abused by the aides in this nursing home. Nurses and administration could not care less and would go into attack mode defending the abuse and shutting down any complaints.

I had to get my aged mother who could not speak or scream out of there, through they had already broken her mentally and physically through relentless torture and restraints, and now they are threatening me for fraud (right, for rescuing my mom from criminal sadists) and demanding enormous $$$$$ for their so-called "care."

I pray every monster involved in the torture of my mother, the administration and those in authority who defend their own, may they experience the same in their old age, and they will then know what true hell is. It is hard to believe that such evil still goes on in nursing homes, but it does.
