They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
I worked there for a short while and although it is a company I felt they where more concerned with money than pt care. I feel as though the grandson that took it is young and silly and ;ets others exp DON that influeince him are back stabbing and money hungrey only for there own flaws

They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They refused to provide Hospice care to some residents based on the fact that they would recieve more money if they remained on medicare/medicaid.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
