This establishment is very nice and treat their consumers and their families with the utmost respect. My Church go visit every year for the last 20 years to take the consumers socks, wraps, and scarfs doing the holiday seasons.

My Mother was sent her to recover after a surgery she had. Well when I first went to visit I noticed none of the the doors were unlocked in the front of the building. There was only one door that you were able to enter from all the way on the other side of the building from my Mothers room. When I walked in their were 2 comodes on the side of the hall and one was covered in fecal matter. The staff is very rude and just ignores you. The charge nurse came in to give her medication and I asked her questions regarding my mothers health and shower schedule and she ignored me. I spoke to the Supervisor and although she was the only one that was polite, she would only offer an apology on the nurses behalf. I couldn't get anyone here to answer a single question I had. I felt like they were trying to hide something. My Mother told me that the nurses/CNA's take a long time to come when she pushes the button bedside and that she is now depend on diapers because she is not able to hold it that long. The only reason you see half a star is because I am not able to remove it. STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU TRUELY CARE. I will be reporting this facilty to everyone that will listen. Although they claim that they will put my complaints in a log book noone does anything to correct the deficiencys. This place needs to be shut down.
