My dad resides here. The staff frequently steal from the patients and do not give them adequate care. It seems they are not trained about each individual disorder of the patients and they regard them rudely, without patience. The place looks dirty, unkempt, and the furniture in patient's rooms look old, unmatched and second-hand. Some of the furniture is falling apart. This does not look like a happy place, it will make anyone feel depressed as soon as you walk in, and see where the patients actually live. I loathe this place, and I hate that my dad has to stay here.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
