My Dad recently was admitted there. I can honestly say those who know me,know iam very picky when it comes to my love ones. I would recommend this Facility to those who care for Thiers as such. Nice friendly staff and loving I might add. They treat their Residence as if they were their own. My Dad has also been in Rehab. And is doing much better. Thank you Rolling Meadows Staff for all you have Done and Continue to Do. I love you all and Thank you very much from the bottom of my Heart. Keep up the Good Work! (The facility is always fresh and Clean.And the food is Great)

No, they were rude

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Not that I have seen

No, and they don't make an effort to even try

No, I have to wait weeks before I hear back

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Rolling Meadows is an amazing facility with a lot to offer. I am impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the perky and polite staff. The location is also convenient and easy to get to.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
