I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

On the downside, I was trying to find a facility for my mother and there admissions director was not very helpful. I had brought in forms provided by my mother's doctor but they were out of date. I had the doctor update the forms and then I didn't hear anything from Ridgeway for almost two months. By then I had found another, more accommodating facility (St. Elizabeth's).
