Horrible! I was there when my mom soiled her diaper. I went and told her aid and she told me she was sorry, that it was her break time and she would change her as soon as she returned in 15 minutes. She never returned and I had to go and get a nurse to help me clean her up. I was told by a nurses aid that the aid that had my mother did not like to deal with her because she was to heavy. The front office was friendly when they were trying to get mom in but when they did they completely changed. Staff (front office) made difference when it came to patients. There is a HIGH staff turnover. People were quitting left and right.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday

They cancel on me all the time.
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone
