My mother in law was a resident there for a few months. My last visit, she was dirty, bed was dirty and room was dirty. They may be remodeling but don't let that fool you. The ugliness was apparent when you entered one of the rooms. Almost everything that she went there with disappeared. Clothes, bedding, new refridgerator just went poof. I can't prove it, but she said that she had been restrained to a chair or left sitting in a wheelchair for the entire day. She could walk when she went in, but now her muscles have athrophied due to staying in a wheelchair for hours on end and not being allowed to walk. I guess noone could be bothered with that task of getting her some excercise.
She got not no social interaction which she desperatly needed. A little birdie up there told me that she was left in the wheel chair all day and night. But this is hear say and i can't prove it. It is evident that all compassion for these residents (our loved ones) has been lost. Please if you care anything at all about your loved ones, do not send them to this hell.

My mother is a resident at this facility. She came to Louisiana to visit and they only sent her with one pill for one of her medications. I talked to the nurses and the director. They did not do anything!!! This should not have happened and the problem should have been solved.
