Do NOT send your loved one here - short staffed, dirty, there are a few caring nurses but medication has been held back, patients, sent to the ER without needing to because they don't want to deal with them, do not pay attention to orders from the doctors and lie saying they did certain things which they don''t. Cleaniness is an issue too. The food is awful too.

I have been on different site trying to locate scores on this place, however all I see is a bunch off fabication with all this score numbers. so indeed I know that either the state cannot be doing their job or somebody is getting paid off.

When comparing them to other senior care facilities I have visited, they are among the best I have seen. Their admissions team helped me step by step with the transition from hospital to nursing home, and the Administrator himself picked me up from my home daily to visit my husband. The facility is very clean, and doesn't have a smell like most nursing homes do. They reminded me of a 5 star hotel that offers concierge service. They have a shuttle van that picks families up from their homes, and even took me numerous times along with my husband to the hospital. I thought they went above and beyond for me, but it appears that they strive to make each family member feel at home. The staff was truly one of the best staff I've ever seen, and it truly starts from the top.

I wasn't impressed with them at all. I'm telling everyone I know to avoid this place. Due to their lack of proper care my uncle is now deceased. They are reckless and did not provide him with his seizure medication. He had a severe seizure for approximately an hour where they could NOT do anything except suction. I asked for ativan or some other help the nurse replied they do not provide any such medication. An ambulance was called that took about half an hour to get to the home. Upon arrival there was no proper medic. The ambulance workers just strapped him onto the gurney and went about their business as nothing was wrong. Thanks to them my uncle ended up in a hospice and passed away on May 25th. I did call and speak to the nurses managers Mrs. Ramos. She was suppose to look into the matter since mid April and yet to get a response from her. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN THEIR CARE.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
